CARROTS


Carrots should be Firm (not flaccid or limp), straight with a uniform taper from ‘shoulder’ to ‘tip’, Bright orange and there should be little residual “hairiness” from lateral roots. Carrots are harvested by machine and carefully hand selected in the packing.
